Noah EX PSU replacement

Post by Shroomz~> »

Hi folks,

I've read varied reports about what specs are required when replacing the Noah ATX PSU & was wondering if anyone here can confirm which PSU specs are actually needed?

I don't have time to mess around with trial and error, so should I try to match the spec of the PSU which is in it or can anyone confirm that certain aspects of the original Noah PSU spec (like the -5v line) weren't actually used?

use an older atx supply, pre 4pin 12v processor connector. yes, stick to the same spec. when my Noah's supply died years ago, i replaced it with an old supply i had lying around, no problem. i sold the Noah a year or two ago, but it had worked for a couple of years before that.
