Hi all
I´m new in the forum, but not on the platform, im user of creamware since 2001 when i get my little elektra card :), at the moment i have two 3 DSP cards and a pulsar II running scope 5.1...and very proud if it. :P.

well... yesterday the luck smiles me and find a NOAH brand new!!, im waiting for it now,..... ok my questions for you guys are:

is it possible to integrate the NOAH with scope 5.1? i mean manage all (cards and NOAH) from the scope 5.1

Has NOAH XTC mode?... like the native Scope plugins

The old owner tolds me ..."Im sorry but i dont have the CDs, manual, Keys, etc...", Will Sonic Core help me with that?

Is it true all the plugins for noah are now "free"?

im sorry for the "attack" but as you can imagine a lot of questions came to my mind to be sure everything will work like the past 10 years with my creamware system

thank you very much for your time

Software is available on SonicCore Archive.
Keys (in case needed) could be provided by SC if you ask gently and be patient.

But Noah won't be integrated in Scope as you described.

I have NOAH, Scope PCI and Xite-1 here but they are seen as seperates systems.

You can run the NOAH software at the same time as the Scope PCI software but the NOAH has to be considered as a hardware synth (just similar for the ASB) with a familiar looking host software.

The NOAH is not as flexible as a Scope system in terme of routing and DSP power use but is quite a good companion for old good scope PCU system as you can unload your Scope system from some synth by using their NOAH counterpart instead and integrting the audio signal back to the Scope system by using the NOAH ADAT out fed back yo a Scope ADAT in...

HUROLURA's response was correct.

Creamware? there is no Creamware. they're out of business years ago. Sonic|Core does provide the software and keyfiles as a goodwill service, but they have nothing to do with the product.

Actually SC has nothing to do with Creamware NOAH.
But some of the SC team had something to do with it as they worked on it when they were CreamWare employees ...

But NOAH is not manufactured anymore for half a decade now, the Xite-1 provide a solution to setup something that would have need to stack at least 5 NOAH Ex unit with more flexibility and a larger choice of plug-in for 1.5 x more money than the former NOAH Ex new price.
I made a test setup using a Minimax only setup with some FX here:

So I wouldn't expect any support for the NOAH unit, just use it as it is and thanks SC to be able to gently provide keys for them.

And as I suspect that the bad sales result of the NOAH just leads to the 1st Creamware company crash, I would understand that people who had to suffer from this fail do not have any wish to spend some time on such a unit (and they have enough other topics to work on for now). But technically, the NOAH is/was a tremendous unit at its time but quite hard to describe to people without any idea of what Scope is. I was impressed by the NOAH (bought one of the last unit for sale new at a bargain price) and now have 2 NOAH Ex units as companion to my favourite much more powerfull and much more future proof Xite-1.
My advice would be to just use the NOAH Ex as a hardware synth, build yourself a Win XP small PC for taking software control on it ... and have a look at the Xite Scope range of products ...
