I'm sure they would have mentioned any major changes to the STS on the website, also knowing Creamware you would have to pay for a newer STS if they did add stereo.

STS uses dual mono currently. That's not such a bad deal - dual mono is practically stereo. Akai even states in their manuals that if you have a -L and -R in one Zone that it will be phase locked. If that's the case with STS, then the only issue is an organizational one.

Thanks man

STS (i think, like othe CW stuff) will be phase locked then, if processing happens on same DSP for same sample...

Anyone knows about that?

Hey Guys,

I'm a Chickensystems customer and I've enjoyed the software now for almost a year. It smokes and I'm happy. I like the lifetime upgrades!!!

Thanks for joining the forum. We need you here.

Chickensys,

If you really want to make money, make a program that translates between Logic Audio and Cubase... Since they refuse to work with each other on a common format there is a huge untaped demand for this. Trust me you will make millions on this.

Is the sts converter included in the newest build? I didn't see it.

I have purchased Translator, but often have the issue that "sample not found" after the translation from Akai to STS.

Has anyone else had this issue? Perhaps I'm doing something wrong...

Thanks,
Jeff
