Can you edit the STS in any way to change a numeric span; Is there a way ,in the tuning area of the sts, to increase the numeric span from (-25 +25) to lets say (-50 +50).
The reason I.m asking is so i can create different scales in the sts environment.

Hi there
I don't think so, but there are two places where you can change tuning:
Tuning Page of Program Parameters:
Each semitone step can be detuned by
up to +/- 25 cents (hundredths of a
semitone). Therefore, adjustements of
up to 1/8th tone up or down are
possible. Tuning adjustments apply to
all octaves.
(This +/- 25% is a fixed limitation)
KeyGroupList - GlobalPage:
Tune: Adjusts the tuning of the key group.
The first text field sets the coarse tuning
in semitones (+/- 50). The second field
sets the fine tuning in cents (0..99).
Perhaps between the two you can achieve what you're after?
