Robot Music

Post by micmac34 »

Here is my new electro live session :

Soundcloud:
https://soundcloud.com/micmacmouk/micma ... obot-music

Youtube:
https://youtu.be/NmUzLYkUisw

In this track there are only two scope instruments used : minimax (with saturation), and EDS 16i analog drums.

Others are : ABL3 VST, Nord Micro Modular, Massive VST, ...

I am going back to making music after a few years break. I have bought on this forum
a power pulsar with 15 dsps, so I have a total of 21 dsps with my two other boards.

My next buy will be modular IV... Looking forward to using/learning it !

I like this a lot! By the way.... cool SoundCloud page. I've been listening to it. I like Live TekK11 the best so far. Thanks for sharing.

cool stuff. Sounds like Modular will be a great addition. (Modular is always a great addition) Wow, super heavy sound. I like the spacious snare.

Thanks Kensuguro !

Regarding modular IV, I have found a very nice video on youtube:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_LkzQ3euojY

I think I need the Flexor modules too...

Do you know about them ? Have you been using them also ?

I would really like to have the kind of sounds that can be heard in this video...
Sounds like Access Virus or so. Do you think I need the Flexor modules to achieve such kind of sounds ?

Maybe I could create another thread with this question, but since you seem to know modular IV
I thought I could ask here directly.

I think you'd benefit from Flexor modules regardless. I haven't been active in the modular community for a while, but worth checking them out. Very good pool of knowledgable mod users here on Z.

Yes Flexor III is worth it. Also look for BCmodular, Scope sync, and CWmodular.org for.lots of other free expansions to modular. Even with modular III or maybe 2.
