Thanks a lot for this Rev Hifiboom!
Just tried with an acoustic piano and I like its clear tail on notes above C5 without sounding metallic. Good work!

cheers

the name labeling is somewhat irritating... :)

I mean what were plates built for? simulating hall?

and now we build digital dsp plug-ins to simulate plates? hehe
simulating the simulation.

a plate may sound more like a hall than actually some digital hall algos...

I think its all about taste and character of a reverb. I think one could call it plate or hall. If you simulate something the naming is okay, but in general it simply needs to sound good in mix context, either if its a plate or hall algo. ;) haha

that brings up the question if i call the next one hall or plate. ...?....
haha... anyways it will sound different than this one.

I just wanted to say thanks for this one! It sounds great. It hits my modest 6 DSP card pretty hard. Who knows another card may be down the road :P

Oh my! I didn't even realised I didn't give you my thank you for this nice, efficient, free gift, hifiboom.
Earing the result, you have indeed apply maths as a "serve my ear" tool.
So, THANKS a bunch!

I'll monitor your next topics waiting for some new stuff, when it's ready and not before but hopefully really soon :P

Wait until Xite is out. I assume there will be a couple of 2nd hand cards around ;)
Ya tell me about it! I would love to throw in a 14dsp booster card. That would do it for me I think. I could always find a way to use more I'm sure but I could get a nice poly synth, a minimax and a couple of sweet reverbs and some comps loaded into the 2448 with that :) Now I just need to find a the cash :-/

Just started using this device! Thanks a lot! great sounding. Just the kind of reverb i love! Adds up nicely on long synth drones, and synth brass patches. It also makes my rather dull sounding WSA1 synth come to life! :)

It surprise me that its free! :)
