TDM to DEV Adapter could it be done

LIke the vst to dx in the cpu world, would it be possible to make a TDM to DEV translator in the dsp domein... ???
( Yummie Acces Virus TDM ) & ( All the other yummie stuff )

Well its just an idee guess it would be to hard cos of licence and all.

But i love to dream up idee's

well, it's not practical. the sharc dsp's and the motorola as used in protools have different instructions sets. it's like running a mac program on a pc.

It would be possible to emulate the motorola dsp's, but it would be very inefficient and most likely not worth the effort.
