There is worn but ample room in OT of this forum.
There is even a drooling audience for that kind of stuff.
So just attract braincell or someone else to take an accented view that is not mainstream lament and the thread takes off.
And if you add some reference to god's own country you can be sure to have all on board.

I dont care what you mean with the innuendo 'insider' and 'outsider' since it is obviously meant as an exclusion.
Dont worry I wont evangelize as well since also your experience will tell you that people dont move when they are comfortable with lament.
The Offtopic has a simple purpose, encourage Wolf to fight for their rights. Goverments must make laws to help people, not to fuck people. I write for Wolf, not for Stardust (sorry but I don´t take care about you, really).
The main problem here is that something are knocking on wolfs door, to tell him go away or you´ll have more problems than profits. That´s a nonsense. As nonsense like situation that two years ago goverments falled into public deficits for saving the financial system, while now are the goverments that need to go to financial markets to can survive, but now the goverments and democracies received blackmail from financial markets (the ones who seemed to need saved).
I´m not religious, and I don´t believe on faith on any type, just reason. Just try to find out sense about things that have no sense. In science, the actual theory of any field is the one who explains better some behaviour. Same here. On 1995, a guy called Steve Jackson created a card game (it was a real card game that was sold). That cards explain pretty much better what were are seeing everyday on news then the best political discourse. And of couse, we "paranoids" were already there.

Wolf needs to stay in business and must realize that there are options.

Wolf has support here and many proud users of his devices.

Screw the mafiosos and apologists.

Hi guys,

thanks again for your sympathy and offers regarding hosting.

After lots of research and talk with lawyers it is still not really clear to me, what this law requests me to do for making my website & shop secure against possible law suits or if I even need to do something.

Thus I'll keep my shop like it is and maybe name a "Jugendschutzbeauftragter". Fortunately everyone can be a "Jugendschutzbeauftragter" so I might just name a friend, who is willing to be resposible in that regard.

As stardust already stated hosting in a different country doesn't work, since I'm still the main responsible for that website and I'm living in Germany. So the law may hit me anyway.
Thanks again for all your offers !

As a little 'thank you' to all please find attached a little device (or see it as xmas present). It's the one and only glitch- & clickfree tape delay on the platform (afaik), but unfortunately eats dsp like childs candy. One big scope board is not enough to load it & I have no idea if it works on Xite. Therefor you can nearly 'stop' the sound via groove slider and/or the buttons below .. and speed it up again.

Have fun !

Wolfgang

Hi Wolfgang,

Glad that you are able to keep your shop going, and hope that stupid sounding law doesnt affect your future business.
As the old saying goes "Laws are for the obedience of fools and the guidance of wise men, so it's great to see you are wise, haha :)

And thanks also for the new tape delay device. Will give it a go tomorrow.

Cheers matey :)

this law will not become reality. germany is a federal demorcacy, and this law will not become a majority in the "country-chamber" :-?

anyway, for this time its all-clear.

The shop has always been open for me.
Kontakt really likes Wolfs MIDI Tool Box for layering and controlling large arrangements with a single button push.....
