Blue screen - Master-it EQ

Hello,
I have got a blue screnn when i launch master it eq.
It's about das coef11.sys. I whent to sonic core support and download the latest version but it's stil the same.
I run scope 7, under windows 10 (1903) with xite 1.
Have you got a solution?
