Vdat with different sample rates

Post by nebelfuerst »

I use my scope as adat slave to an A16.
Within scope, I use Vdat.
As my A16 powerups as default to 48kHz and I sometimes forget to change back to (my prefered ) 44kHz, my Vdat recordings are mixes.

If I put it to a different rate like the recordings were made, I can play 30% of them. The 70% behave like there was no Vdat recording available.
I know, that playing at a different rate doesn't sound like the original, but it is even more annoying to switch rates to find out, whats in the recording.

What is the rule/trick to listen to all Vdat recordings, even if they were made with a different sample rate ?

Is there a way to make the A16 powerup to 44kHz ?
