Re: Mojo Insert

I think the difference between mdl and dev is that mdls are saved in the project file (getting large).
You need to rename devices to mdl if you want to use them in the XTC start project...
Did I remember right, guys? :)

XITE-1 is PCIe
you need SCOPE PCI...
SCOPE PCI v5.0.2617 is the latest version on the SonicCore-website.

Re: modular newbie - kick patch

the best kick for scope (freeware :D ) can be found here: http://adern.com/home/modules.php?name=products&file=preview&id=7 I know it's not an answer ;-) but it sounds just brilliant maybe you get more punch with faster envelopes: http://adern.com/home/modules.php?name=flexor&file=previe...

Re: Loading Modular patches in XTC

I just made my 'standart' modular patch (yes, only fx, no synthpatch) an synth VST. It doesn't matter what kind of patch you use. Simply take one of SCs standart dlls (there are mono fx, stereo fx and synth) rename it exactly like the patch you want to use (in my case 'empty modular') and if needed,...

Re: Loading Modular patches in XTC

afaik no. The only thing I tried to manage is loading a modpatch into the XTC project (and leave it's surface open). Then you can load different presets of that patch or create a new one... But maybe someone gets wolf's mixer to work in XTC (mod inserts in EVERY channel) but that's more or less only...

Re: Review of X-ite 1? Coming back to Scope?

first thing: no osx support in sight. maybe we get more info after win 64bit support. So fact is, you need a dedicated win machine, providing pcie or expresscard slots. If there is some day osx support and it has the same features you can use your preamps and the core metric halo driver for recordin...

Re: XTC Mode - questions

maybe this thread helps: http://forums.planetz.com/viewtopic.php?f=32&t=27592 If I remember right, you can edit your xtc-project and add mixers (in fact, your whole 'normal' setup). But they have to be renamed to .mdl (so the mixer is saved within the project) and you have to keep the mixer surf...

Re: sync between 2 pc.

that's the nature of this setup... pc2 gets TC and tries to sync... SMPTE is TC format, so maybe you're only able to deal with frames (1sec = 25 frames). Sonar should be able to set a offset in hh;mm;ss;fr format. Personally I don't feel very cool syncing 2 systems like this... Even if Master is for...

So you have a choice, pick up the : The Hanon, Mixing with Cubase video tutorial, Scope manual, Miles Davis autobiography, and read/practice !! Otherwise, open Cubase/Logic/Reaper/Cakewalk and go to file/new song. So, that's YOUR real live? Isn't it an attempt to run from the real world? 'faut il m...
