And when I set up cubase to output midi clock and set arpeg2 to listen to external midi clock it's not a tight ...

Psy q is the only thing I can think of but that's more for mastering than treating individual sounds?

The way i see it is this.

Getting the plug ins at the price they sold them for on revolution day means you should be able to put up with a bit of a wait.

if you go to the xite section on the xited forum there is some explanation. dsp assignment is only needed with third party stuff that hasn't been optimised is my understanding.
