ok, so i wanted to make an sts bank for use in a live setup, only to find out what a pain in the butt it is.... i must addmit to never getting deep into the sts, i knew you couldnt load wav files directly (silly and annoying imo), but what really gets me is you can't load a bunch of samples at once ...

in cw's poly filter, is the thu setting really thru? it seems to lower the amplitude of the incoming signal and affect it otherwise. so is it a thru or an allpass?

what practical aplications can you think of for resonance modulation within modular patches?

Can be the exact cw module, just with many mod inputs even.

the other trick works fine, but you are forced to close the fiter a little... if you want an open filter sound then this doesnt work

the cw random sig generators are so harsh and squarish, what u mentioned is a great way to get more rounded random mods, great tip

try putting a 6db lowpass filter between the adsr out and the vca mod input,
or,
if you have flexor, put a control smoother module between the adsr out and th vca mod input.
