Well, I guess since we all have one good eye... called the EAR, we really don't need any VU meters. Anyway, it's good to hear that they're trying to do something about it.
thanx for all your input though.

I've noticed this right when I got the pulsar quite a while back but the graphic refresh rate for pulsar plugins (VU meters and stuff) are really slow and choppy. If this were DirectX plugins we're talking about, I wouldn't be surprised but we're talkin' hardware DSP plugins... I'm not really sure w...

The input says "guitar" but hey, doesn't mean it's built only for guitars! Worked great with the blue synth. Great for bass. And what da ya know? It worked wonders with my conga tracks! The drive unit sounds great. It's funny I still haven't tried a guitar on it though. :> Definitely a mus...

I used to use an outboard dbx 120 but Celmo's sub-bass surely cuts the cake. Do not under estimate the power of subbass. Subbass will definately change the precieved scale of your entire production. Try them on strings, piano, organs. Not to mention the entire mix! If you've never tried using any so...

Phasing problem fixed in ver 1.6. It takes some getting used to but the results are superb. Good for fat, heavy kicks. (house, hiphop) Obviously adds more definition and clarity to the mix if used correctly. The vtube adds high harmonics that work great on vocals. (think, babyface or boyzIImen) Thes...

(Sorry to keep adding)
It seems like the installation hasn't proceeded far enough because the 2.01 software still works normally. So I guess no files are over written yet.
This is totally wierd....

I'm not sure if this makes a difference but I'm trying to install the upgrade from 2.01.
The installer seems to look for something and goes through the drives... then it stops.

Has anyone had the installation freeze up? This might be an old issue but right after I start the installation, after I choose the language, I get a bit of HD reading and then it stops. Just wondering if anyone had the same problem.

Ever had problems syncing Pulser to external devices? I've got a live coming up (like, today) and I just found out that Pulser's internal sequencers just won' syn right with my Nord Modular. The problem is, the Modular is too quick, and Pulsar's sequencers reset one 16th note too late... Is there a ...

Right... Protools consoles work in the same way too.. I remember they also had problems with stereo inserts. Every stereo group needed its own stereo bus to send to the effect... But that's that.. The point is, I'm not really interested whether the bigmixer is a GOOD mixer or not. I can see it's sui...

No no, I meant AFTER I link the two monos. The faders link and the EQs link but I don't know how to have the two channels share a single stereo insert effect. (as opposed to 2 mono inserts) And I also have to individually adjust the aux sends... which is very time consuming, given the fact that I ca...

I've been trying the simple task of syncronizing the modular sequencer and an external device (jomox airbass) to my synth's sequencer. The problem is, modular seems to miss the first tick and is always just a few ticks late. Now, I can change the clock divider in real time and get it to work right.....

I've recently become a pularian, stepping up from Yamaha's dsp factory. Anyway, this bigmixer thing is reallly killing me. Why is it so MONO based??? The inability to have fully linked stereo groups is really killing my production line, up to a point that it's changing the sound I create. Is there a...
