Yes, true.
You'll get also nice packet of software, but in my opinion just for single Luna II card with 3dsp is not that much power.
I guess 6dsp card is a start.
Depends on what you need to work with and how heavy project do you wanna load

Yes ofcourse, just want to say, if you'll use this card as a single card in computer, you'll need to purchase software to work with windows 10, 7,8 like i did for one of my Luna II card (Scope 7).

Ok, finally, it's working.

Like already Astroman suggested to change in multimedia to 48kHz, didn't worked yesterday, i have played again with settings today.

-full security access to C: (Users)
-run as administrators (Scope, Cubase, Soundforge)
and changing multimedia-advance settings.
