Re: BLACK FRIDAY and MORE NEWS
I had to register again in the shop and for the newsletter (and the Beta program!). I used the same username and email, and the system didn't tell me I was already registered, so I think that old info was lost,as the original email regarding the site being hacked suggested.

Re: site down for a while
The site seems unavailable to me. (Not a 404 error, something returned by the server saying "This site is currently unavailable".

Re: Xite with Usb connector
For a mini PC, M.2 is really PCIe. You might find an M.2 to PCIe riser or ExpressCard converter or cable. NVMe might also work for instead of M.2. however, msata is NOT PCIe.

My FPGA/DAC offer still stands if anyone can figure out how to send signals through that connector.

Re: Do I really need a new mixer?
Don't forget, the A16 has level switches for groups of channels to be +4 or -10 dbu (single ended 1/4" TS). I've had no problems using either mode with different gear. Then I usually go straight into a 24channel mixer in scope with inserts for SSL channels, ULA type prea.ps, or just using the m...

Re: Mixer with multiple Midi Channels
I've done this with Soacef's modular mixer...there I could route multiple channels of midi to the system, but only single channels to particular modules. BUT, scope started choking on that much midi. I had about 500 faders/knobs assigned, and the system would crash. A better mixer would have a chann...

Re: Minimoog vs Minimax (vectorscope, spectrograph & waveforms)
I just had a wicked jam at a friend's house with his Behringer Poly-D, and found the polymode with arp/seq turned on to be so inspiring and instantly accessible. Does anyone know of a small playable arp/sequencer in scope (or VST) realms that is similar?

Re: VST pops and clicks
Look for a program called LatencyMon, it does realtime analysis of DPCs, or Deferred Procedure Calls (used to respond to interrupts)...this is the best way to find out how the PC is operating for real time audio, and if there are any single spikes, and possibly capture info about what caused it Ther...

Re: Lilliputing & Micromachines
I'm considering an ADAT<->CV converter, to expand/integrate my XITE into the eurorack system. I might just have a handful of audio level translators instead, but I don't want to do special handling of low frequency or DC signals, so ADAT might be best. I just had some static/glitches on my XITE's AD...

Re: Lilliputing & Micromachines
DX7 (Dexed VST) was ported to Teensy by a guy in Germany. He also did an MDA piano. See his site here: https://www.parasitstudio.de/ I haven't done the piano, I'm looking at putting the MicroDexed and piano in the same code...the Teensy 4.1 has plenty of power to do 2x Dexed instances with 20voices ...

If anyone can get the modules and spec for using the XITE expansion port, I'll design an FPGA it can talk to, and translate out to DACs.

I thought there was a file for Scope 7 that you had to swap out, depending if you wanted wordclock as master or slave. Is that what you are missing?
