Re: Old devices not anymore on Z

one had to ask every developer for permission to host these devices, which is a huge task itself, let alone collecting them and sharing with a proper description.
I may lookup the device you're looking for in particular, when I'm back on my archive...

...and the sts samplers asking for keys.Have the keys in the registry but it doesnt work.I dont use these plugs tho. ah great, it's not me alone. I don't use sts5000 either, but it was the first device I came across to try with 2615, and it bothered me with that piracy dialogue many many times... m...

Re: It appears Universal Audio could not do it.

They don't want other people horning in on their platform other than the few developers they are working with. I don't think the walled garden approach is really working though either for the company or end users. the "walled garden approach" is exactly what uaudio does ( we're still in a...

Re: xite upgrade offer clarification

of course the card isn't dead afterwards, the actual keys will just be invalid, that's all... an srb or xtc can still be run on it's own, since it has some basic keys at least. if the whole key set is erased, it "might" be usable with another card that actually has some keys, but I would ...

Mirror updated to 2617. 2615 still available. No Mod IV right now, but of course it's possible (actually the files are already there, but then, it's a beta and the final release will be out... shortly ;) )

Re: xite upgrade offer clarification

an alternative allows you to disable the card with a program sent by S/C. when the confirmation from that program is sent to S/C, they send permanent keys. what does "disable the card" exactly mean? will it be rendered completely useless or just made a dsp booster without any keys attache...

you can hook a sync plate to a luna, if you happen to have the adat expansion plate for luna.
if not, you don't have the necessary connector.

Re: how do you copy and paste a V5 keyfile?

mh ok. but whenever you ended up with a new empty keyfile.v5, did you try to load a device and then imported your whatever-named keyfile? I messed with a file once (merged 2 instances) and introduced a blank character at the end of one line. when I tried to add an activation key this key was inserte...
