I would send an email to support and see what they can do.
I think the support email is on Sonic-Core website
Edit:
Yes it is, so email support@soniccore.de
Best of luck

Re: How to optimize windows 10 for Scope to avoid clicks and pops!?
Good to know disabling that VIA USB has helped and I agree that recording direct to an internal hard drive should make a significant improvement. I use an SSD for my scope and program installs and a WD Black 2TB for recording to. Then backup to another internal and external drive.

There's a Facebook group that might help advise you on a replacement display, worth a look anyway I think.

Re: How to optimize windows 10 for Scope to avoid clicks and pops!?
Yes try disabling the VIA USB on interrupt 12 which is shared with Xite, you should be able to right click on it and disable it.then just use another usb slot for anything that is connected to that, from what you said above your Virus is connected to that but try moving it to another usb socket that...

Nice observations, and thanks for keeping us updated on your findings. Might be cool to try this if I can find a BRC some time.

Monkey see… In any case, I will have time to follow up on this over the weekend. I can set up a share point or we can share via your sharing services and collect them before delivery. Audio messages will be the easiest to compile, but anything contributed to express our wishes to Jimmy and show app...

Re: Always random Pops n Crackles
No I don't think it's luck or Russian roulette, although it does seem that Scope works better in some systems than others. Unfortunately due to the large variation in different systems, motherboards, graphics cards, Ŵindows OS with or without certain tweaks and software, versions of drivers etc etc,...

Re: Always random Pops n Crackles
Are these pops existent in xite? They can be with the wrong setup or hardware. When I first bought my Xite-1 I had it connected via PCI Expresscard slot on my then top of the range Dell Precision M6500 workstation, and had terrible problems with pops and crackles running scope for XITE, no matter w...

Re: DAWman / Jimmy
Yes, I sent Jimmy a PM a couple of months ago as I noticed his sudden silence here but had no reply, and I also read some others here have been asking after him too. I remembered he had a Solaris so out of concern I emailed JB to ask if he happened to have been in touch, but he hadn't for some time....

Re: service manuals for creamware cards and Xite ?
First thing I would do is check the STDM cables connecting the 2 cards together. Try reseating them a couple of times, and see if that helps.

Re: Oscilloscope for ASIO windows ?
I have a hardware Tektronix osciloscope, but yes sometimes its handy to have one in software form. Most of the time I use Reaper's included JS scope plugin now, or the OscilloScopeMax module by Shroomz. There are loads of free plugins such as those in the links in above posts. Often though a stand a...
