Re: MPA: Mixers
Yamaha was smarter than me. Back in 1998/1999 I was trying my best to explain to people not just a new product - but a whole new category of a system, previously unseen. YOU will know for yourself how that is when you explain your SCOPE to someone completely oblivious to non-mainstream concepts! Th...

I'm a big fan of all their libraries. Wait for a sale and pick up a bargain. I don't have that one but I love their Broken Wurlitzer (I was always more Wurli than Rhodes tbh). Konkrete, Gamelan, Xtended Piano, Glass instruments (whatever it's called). Great stuff.

Re: Carson City, Nevada....Where the dead come to gamble.
Funny, first thing I did was check it on Google - feel like I already know the town (as gary says, it seems quite small - smaller than I imagined). Digging the eagle on the tree statue and the faux-Victorian street lamps. Looks about ten miles from the lake: nice.

Sorry they'll only be compatible with Scope v7 as I've moved lock, stock and barrel from v5.

Re: Styledriver 5000+ Library
I'm in the process of categorising (but not naming!) all the presets into a massive file including previous presets (factory, mine, other users) that you'll be able to just drop over your existing file (unless you have your own presets - in which case keep a copy!). However with 5000 presets to go i...

Re: Bug Reports
I'm on XITE-1 and thought I'd try the Enveloper Supreme Xite.dev. However I get the usual DSP error when I try to load it. I don't get this error with the non-XITE version. I realise this is a freebie so may not be top priority.

Styledriver 5000+ Library
Hi z'ers, I haven't seen this mentioned, but SC have a ton of free presets on their site. The blurb says: Styledriver 5000+ Library Free Preset Library for MINIMAX, Profit 5, Prodyssey, Poison. Including more than 5000 presets! Nice Christmas present so grab it now. It's great to see some fresh Scop...

SB404 OK, after more extensive use of SB404 I think the errors lie in the Delay effect section. Whenever I try to build a preset with delay or call up an old preset with delay a get the following two errors 1."Module SDRAM XiteDelay is not appropriate for his hardware". Press OK. The next...

Re: Aturia V Collection 6
Many aeons ago I did a course on the CMI II (I think it was) so I might be tempted to remind me of the nightmare that was Page R (I assume they've included it).
I wonder how useful as a 'sampler with character' it would be.
The Synclavier also interests me, but none of the others really do.

Nasty gliches in Scope 7
When I load a new synth into Scope 7 I get really nasty gltching sounds until the load has 'settled'.
Anyone else get this or is loading silent for you?
Windows 7 64-bit
Scope 7 cleanish install (I've added a couple of dNa dsp so far, no doubt I'll add more eventually).

Re: Scope 7 Bug List
**[edit] Solved . It seems if you click OK on the error message and use the Store option to save over the preset (and then resave the preset bank) that this fixes the error message. I'll leave this here in case it helps anyone. [/edit]** When opening old presets in SB404 I get an error (stated below...

Re: some things are happening
What the what? For a second there I thought that was fake. So does it have any differences for a 5.1 user? I'll be buying it anyway as I like deals and I want SC to have some money, just interested as I have pretty much everything by now. Is there an upgrade price or is that once price it (I find it...

I haven't liked Cubase since about v5, but this is finally going in the right direction.
I don't see this Flux instrument in my update though.

Re: No early reflection types
I get the 'presets not compatible' error when I load, but once loaded I can select everything as normal.
Are you using the XITE versions (e.g. E-Reflector X) of the plug-ins - should all have an "X" on them?
