Scope appreciation thread!
Too often we all come here for a bit of a moan! (I know I do) talking about issues one may be having. Well, here I want to say why I LOVE scope and my Xite-1 so much! The hardware is built like a tank and so much power in it it will last for years to come, it’s already served me and been the centre ...

Re: LiquidEDGE Xite tips. How to avoid annoying stuff!
Here is the 808 groover patch (fixed/Split) its the only patch i bothered to fix and two mod 4 shells so you can fix patches yourself, stick the seq modules in one, the rest of the modules in the other. Just assign the one with the seq modules in it to DSP2. and connect the two shells together. http...

Installing 5.1 on top of 7
Anyone have any experience doing this? Am I going to screw things up doing this?
I just wanted to give it a go on my xp set up for sts use.

Re: Scope 5.1 (Pulsar II) and Windows 11
I’ve just got myself the Space f delay and echo. It works perfectly regardless if it’s xp or win10. Like nearly everything on scope does. That’s impressive! The reason I keep both xp and win10 is due to all the different software and such that doesn’t work on the other. So I have choice, maschine 1....

Re: Scope 5.1 (Pulsar II) and Windows 11
I think for each person it's going to be dependent on what tools/apps they use, and how much time they have to adapt their workflow to new setups (reinstalling etc). I'm also not sold on Win11 being secure in the ways that really matter, so giving time to find all of the hidden data connections see...

Re: Scope installation!
I still have complete respect for SC they “saved” scope. It would probably not exist if not for them (the full scope system) Supposedly it was All Holger that re wrote the programming for scope 7 (previous programmer supposedly left scope 6 in a total mess) So a lot was done “under the hood” which l...

Re: Scope 7 - STS?
I’m not entirely sure how you work with scope. But I have scope and my daw on the same computer. The daw replaces all those things you say. So no real problem untill they get fixed, as an alternative is just sitting side by side with scope.

Re: Scope installation!
We´re talking "new users" teased to buy XITE-1 and SCOPE v7 now or,- for more money,- next year, no ? It´s all about them randomly click on patches open devices using the malfuncioning modules/atoms and end up being disappointed,- possibly return the item, report across all social media c...

Re: Scope 7 - STS?
Might have to go back to Scope 5.1 if I really really want use of the STS samplers on XP.. the only thing I have that does on the fly sampling is maschine on the xp set up. That´s why I look for an affordable Pulsar-2 w/ SCOPE v4.5 keys, all samplers and VDAT included. I have another Pulsar-2 left ...

Thanks for sharing about the tx16wx looks cool. How does it sound.
And oh yeah, reasons NNXT.. for some reason I don’t like it so much. Might be the sound of it.

Re: Installing SCOPE 7 on X64 O/S
i don't know about 3rd party, but it certainly applies to stock delays(which DO work in inserts or the multifx modules). Ok, thanks for the info! I'll test later to see if the bug also applies to third-party and modular delays. Hopefully that knowledge won't cost me too much :) .. @Bud Weiser, much...

Re: Scope installation!
It should be the highest priority which unfortunately could lead to the conclusion that the fact it hasn’t happened already implies it may not be as easy as ‘limiting’ its memory access programmatically. Especially if dealing with 3rd party DLL which are essentially closed boxes. I doubt it will ev...

Re: Scope installation!
Not just the installers, but the shop should be fixed to align. Up front in the main shop front should be all the latest and greatest stuff developed on or working on XITE x64 - eg like the DNA and Oceanswift stuff. That stuff is very cool and I never had any issues with. Then there should be a 'Ba...

Yes sure, but it’s just a pointless patch then no? Just remove the patch.
