IIRC the required module is missing from SDK5. The Multi-Mo module in BC Modular will do the job though.

...It's also worth checking for B-Stock on the previous model in some cases. Just make sure you check the processor model. i7 means nothing if it's a 1st gen which is now nearly five years old.

Looks like the directory path for devices has been altered. You can change this in the Scope settings window and it'll update when you restart Scope. This is how I would deal with your problem personally. That's assuming everything else appears OK with the install. Otherwise I'd do as GaryB suggests...

Ironically the QuNexus video shows them using it to control Animoog, which has a brilliant little keyboard interface already which with it's poly control is no doubt a source in part of new interest in forgotten MIDI features like PolyAT.
