Braincell, I think you're not right. First, there is a lot freeware or shareware to make almost everything. Ok, they have not all huge possibilities but to write a single letter or list expenses, we don't need word or excel. Why everyone use it so ? Do we need Photoshop to work and mail some little ...

It's a good idea OZ. We're looking by this for the functionnalities of others well known softs...in term of routing. Cause the main issue to me is the communication between pulsar and sequencers or audio editors. Tripledat is the audio part, well, the midi could come. The all in one for real...Anywa...

I decide a friend to buy a scope SP 6 months ago, and he asked me the same question (gluurpp...) when we receive the announce of the powerpulsar. In france, the price difference is 33% less for the powerpulsar. According to Creamware France (be carefull, it was not an official annouce), the V3 of Sc...

You're all right, V3 responds to user wishes in many points. The real subject of my topic was on another level : - talking of pro-users is always difficult but I think it's crucial. Why am I a pro-user ? Because I earn money from my music.Talent, creativity is another point. Everyone could make fant...

Well, I must be a little stupid or having a bad english. Perhaps you want to joke... So I repeat with an example like you were a baby : First when I load my sts4000 (I have no dsp load problem cause I only use a sts, a mixer and effects and I have 12 dsp), there is 400 mo left. When I make an orches...

Concerning midi, Pulsar has no problem with an external midi interface like emagic unitor. I'm not a modular pro, but it term of sound quality, dynamic and stereo, the modular 2 is far from reaktor. Concerning the possibilities, I can't compare. Anyway for the price, Pulsar 2 is a good solution. If ...

The V3 is great. The Presets windows are friendly, it was a bad point in V2. The new synths are good. I have also the impression of larger sounds in stereo as well. Propack is definitely a good thing, pulsarmixer is a great value for bigmixer users : stereo channel (you can use real stereo inserts n...

Yes, not enough controllers. Well, 24 tracks : 24 cont for volume, 24 cont for pan, 24 cont for solo, 24 cont for mute, 24 for channel selection. You're full. If you want Eq let's imagine : 4 bands, Freq, Gain, Q for each on 24 tracks. The architecture of pulsarmixer could be a solution but you &quo...

The STS could be the better pro sampler avalaible. What about stereo independant outpouts wich is a minimum for a pro sampler. And the architecture of saving sets and program is not really friendly : it's impossible. If you save your project without saving each program separatly, wich is a lot of wo...

Pablo, You are probably right, but the real challenge is to buy the soft you really use everyday. I think it's the first direction and a good way to thanks the work of devopper. Avoid totaly piracy is not imaginable, for the moment, just buy what we use or listen. I was talking about demo's, we can ...
