Re: racktion eNews - Waveform to the Power of Pi

I don't think I'd replace Ableton Live on a decent machine with Tracktion on a Pi.

However once you get your head around the routing system, Tracktion is a doddle to work in, imho. The Pi aspect interested me because a fully featured license for this will cost more than the whole machine!

Re: Envato, ARtlist, MusicBeds... experience ?

Not fit, doubtful. However the real question would be, is learning their formula(s) worth the investment of time? This is also why I wondered how stuff is getting published, the duplication of content under different titles and authorship on various sites makes it seem as if many attempt to sidestep...

So to clarify, purchase the ACTIVATION (key) to enable activating the other BlackBox devices, and then purchase the devices either separately or in the Core Pack. Correct?

He's been salty since he returned.

I agree with Gary btw, I have no issue with someone defending themselves but returning fire and escalating is probably not going to be allowed to go too far with us sitting on the front porch of the Z in our rocking chairs. :)

That seems a reasonable approach.

Re: Wont get fooled again - unless I fool myself

For most: complicated. Did you invest 30K in soundproofing the room, and have well positioned $18,000 midfields with a mastering console and couch in the finely tuned sweet spot, and want to get the last few fractions of imbalance out of your frequency response? Well, you wouldn't be using that soft...

Would have preferred more of the Quantum in that, VA's alone are rather vanilla these days.

That's ok though, botique hardware is at a level I don't think we've had in 30+ years, so let the established brands chase the tabletop kiddies and collectors.

Re: On XP running Scope 5.0.2617? I need your ASIO modules

That, or many are even able to be opened with 7Zip or Winrar etc. It depends on the options chosen by the developer when they compile installshield (or etc) all-in-one exe installers. For instance my 5.1.2790 installer for instance seems to be CRC packed and then a binary CAB file inside that is not...

Moved to relevant area since there are devices in these posts, which will make this easier to find in the future.

Left shadow topic where it was so you can continue to discuss as normal :)

Btw, I presume 2.6 includes all files from previous releases?
