Since 64 bit processing is off by default, that makes me think it's a CPU hog so I am inspired to build a new very fast computer next year just because of this. Previously, I thought my 5 year old computer was fine.

I didn't like the right side and bottom windows but I figured out how to get rid of them, now I have to figure it out again because it came back. Not happy about that. I use shortcuts and macros for my most frequent actions.

For me personally, this is the best update. The 64 bit floating point option is fantastic. Maybe that's why FLUX sounds so good. Making music shouldn't be this easy.

well, you may like the sound of those channel strips, but don't think they're even close to using the real thing. The SSL Alpha Channel is a less expensive piece of hardware. Even their stompboxes sound way better than their software. There will be an H9000R model which costs a couple thousand less but requires a computer (or tablet) to operate. Other than that it's the same thing.
