my two-pennies worth - i always had issues with socket 1155 boards - i was always able to get one pulsar 2 working on its own but was never able to cascade 2 or 3 together via stdm.....i always got pci warnings ( i think capacity reached)...the xite1 however runs without any trouble on this board i ...

going for a 2nd hand lenovo t410 with 8gb mem......bartering at the moment but expect to pay around 275 euros

Ladies and Gents, A slight thread hijack, but does anyone have any ideas on a good 2nd hand laptop for an Xite-1 ? My budget is 250 euros and preferably something which is tried and tested and has ability for large amounts of memory as i need to also run Reaper and Kontakt etc..... I saw an ASUS F52...

it is like comparing apples with bananas - Kontakt indeed has no recording capability, but i do not miss this as it is VERY easy to record the sample 1st in your daw 1st, or grab it from other audio, crop it and then simply import it into Kontakt..(OR ABleton)....my issue with sts was stability, eve...

Have to say I havenet touched sts since i started using kontakt....found the quality of the instruments and their play ability to be much better in kontakt although this is now the main reason i need to move to 64 bit environment as i really need the extra memory now.... when i do open up sts, it se...

I have had to contact SC on many occasions for transferring serial keys, general ' how to ' tips,...
