Yes, therese same skit happened to me. Use the klangbox updater from a pc. It solved my problem. Osx and the pro12 updater is useless imho.

This is subject to the previous post, as it also turns out that I am unable to update the PRO12 with the latest firmware update.
Firstly, I get the following message: "TempKeyFile cannot be created!"

Hi.
Seems as if the remote controller is unable to read the presets/banks from the previous owner.
This really is a bitch because the firmware version is 1.04, and I am waiting for Ralf to get back to me with a regkey.
The error I get is "Specify a target file", and none of the presets on the ASB ...
