Re: DYNATUBE
no noise problem at all here . you have to use a good DI . passive DI is the best for noise rejection . I use a RADIAL .
no need of a gate. also a good guitar will help !
you have noise just like a real amp .

I use samplitude . i don't lower the fader in samplitude but samplitude send 32 bit data to the asio driver . so I think there is no particular reason to lower the fader . There is already plenty of headroom in 32bit . I don't know how cubase work with the gain chain ?. so i let the fader to zero Ge...

hi is there someone who know the "math " behind FUZZ distorsion ? I would like to recreate it with modular and flexor. To me it's more like a kind of wave shaping than an overdrive thing . But I don't know how .. also I would like to re-create de zvex MACHINE "It generates the distort...

Re: DYNATUBE
no noise at all with the DI . I use a standard RADIAL passive DI (PRO DI ). I always use passive DI , the noise rejection is better imho. we feel no need for a overdrive . allready plenty of "classic" distorsion . Next time I will try with my zvex mammoth pedal to have the FUZZ sound . by ...

Re: I need this sound
It sound a lot like ARP prosoloist kind of sound ( aka some tony banks lead synth on selling england by the pound ) .
you can easily emulate it with the minimax ( use only one or two vco )
