Scope home 3 DSP, 4.5, std plugins: 100-150 euro

Well, if you look at eBay, you will find that this is much too optimistic. I buyed a Luna for 111 Euro there, and I had the feeling that I should bite ...

The main criteria is that 2nd gen boards allow latency <13ms while 1st gen is limited to that.
The feature is ASIO in HW called ULLI.
Also 1st gen boards are said to use more PCI bandwidth than 2nd gen.
