Hi Guys,
At long last I have some money for an XCITE
Is there any news at all about OSX support?
Does anyone know if the software will run inside a Windows 7 virtual machine running on Parallels?
Thanks for any help

Re: Prodyssey-S&H Output Lag
EXT Source also doesn't work correctly from the Noah but does over midi (receiving only, send is knackered)!
Also Pitch Bend has to be set using different cc values that the ones sent out!
I wonder are these problems specific to the Noah version or are they the same on the other platforms?

Prodyssey-S&H Output Lag
Hi Guys, The S&H Output Lag in Prodyssey running on the Noah doesn't seem to function correctly when set from the Noah device itself (via control or editing the patch) or via midi! Basically a setting of 127 is Max and <=126 is min. It is acting like a switch. If you edit it from the Noah app on...

Re: Changeing synth via midi
Hi Guys,
Thanks for the posts, I had though of this but changing multis is very slow.
Maybe a multi for each device and then program changes within the device is the way to go and then only changes between devices will be slow.
Once again thanks for the help
Cheers

Re: Dumping CCs from noah over midi out.
Even more problems now, not all ccs seem to be sent via hardware midi.
If you use usb midi they seem to all work.
I have tried two different midi interfaces and different cables, very annoying.

Re: Dumping CCs from noah over midi out.
Hi,
Thanks for the help.
I have it working when you change presets from the Noah front panel now.
When I change presets from the remote software it doesn't work.
Also changing parameters in the remote software doesn't send ccs.
Is this normal.
Cheers

Hi,
Thanks for the reply.
When I change presets I get no midi out from the unit at all, can you remember what to change to get it to do this?
Cheers

Dumping CCs from noah over midi out.
Hi Guys,
I am making some controller setups and cannot work out how to get the Noah to dump its current CC settings over midi.
Is this possible or is it only possible to output the front encoders?
Cheers

Re: Plugins listed twice in Noah Remote Software
Hi Thanks for the help. The problem was that NoahProp.dll doesn't exist on the 1.0 cd, it looks like it was introduced with 1.1. Windows was getting in a tizzy for some reason when I was trying to revert the driver from 1.1 to 1.0. I managed to sort it in the end by uninstalling all drivers for the ...

Re: Version 1.1 compared to version 1.0
Hi, I downloaded the installation from http://www.mik-music.org/Noah/Noah_v1_1.zip and have now installed that over the existing 1.0 installation. On startup of the remote software things look good, no duplicates are there. After update of Noah hardware it also looks good, no duplicates. I have also...

Re: Version 1.1 compared to version 1.0
Hi, Thanks very much for the info, looks like I should install 1.1 really. I have now tried this twice with problems. Each time I have tried an installation over 1.0 and a new installation with 1.0 removed from the system. If I install 1.1 over an existing 1.0 installation I get the problem with dup...

Hi Guys,
I have been having lots of problems with 1.1 so have reverted to 1.0.
Am I missing much by running the 1.0 version?

Re: Plugins listed twice in Noah Remote Software
Well I have been having absolute nightmares with this Noah. I am now in a state where I am trying to get back to version 1.0. I uninstall the driver for 1.1, restart the computer, turn noah on and it asks for the driver location. I point it at the usb driver on the installation cd and it asks for a ...

Re: Plugins listed twice in Noah Remote Software
HI,
Yep they both work.
DOn't seem to be duplicated on the hardware as far as I can see but I am no expert.
I will delete the underscored ones.
Thanks for the help
