Re: Scope at NAMM 2012!!

See you in a few hours (at the airport now). Greg Would be great if every one who is at NAMM could ask some of the plug-in and DAW vendors like PreSonus and the like for their plans of supporting OPEN SCOPE! No, better ask all of them! :D had a talk with presonus... didn't seemed interested at all ...

Re: parseq is requesting ideas for Scope 6

I will answer your questions and give feedback to your ideas when i'm back home from the NAMM show which won't ...

Re: Can,t load STS

I'm sorry to say that 3rd party devices using .sys files won't work at the moment :( for the x64 OS all sys files have to be recompiled using x64 compilers. so far we only recompiled the SC .sys files 3rd party devices will be adressed when the basic system is up and running (all SC synths and scope...

Re: New Scope 5.1 RC2 in the FTP

downloaded it yesterday. tried installing it on an xp32 machine. says its only for 64bit. so how does xtc mode work in 32bit?? thanks this is still only the beta for x64 operating systems. XTC works if you use a 32 bit host (i.e. cubase x32) running on a 64 bit OS (like win7 x64) the 5.1 32 bit ver...

Re: Can,t load STS

this is some weird problem with windows "blacklisting" drivers for some reason :-/ try the following Important! Window 7 sometimes stops the loading of drivers, allthough you have updatet them. in those cases you need to delete their entry in the registry: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\Current...

Re: STS memory limit in SFP 5.1 w/x64 Windows?

the memory meter is still buggy but will be fixed with the next release.
it should be possible to load much more samples than on x32.
I'm running a 1.5 GB sample lib at the moment ;)

sample editor and real time sampling are not working in the current RC.

sleep mode isn't working at the moment.
As for asio and CPU load, there is another update in preparation with more optimized asio drivers and hopefully working samplers, too. :)

Re: Robustness of V5 ?

the recursion bug should be fixed in the final release...
(if we talk about the same bug that is ;) )
there are some bugs in the GUI elements that caused this (like the drag and drop text field from the sampleOsc or vdat...)
