Okay...I did it and your right. No signal back when pulsar is Master. But when as Slave the signal returns so I wonder could there still be some work around to record digital signal with only one Pulsar 1 card?

One thing I don't understand in you reply it can have an S/PDIF in or out, but not both simultaneously, which your FX box would require.

Shortly: How to get digital inputs visible in Cubase Mixer?

Setup:
Pulsar 1
Scope 4
Windows XP
Cubase SX3

I have TC-one (external effect) digitally connected and it works well. So my digital configuration should be ok.
In scope i have 4 channel asio driver (2 for audio and 2 for spdif ...

Problem solved. Had to put Pulsar as slave and then I heard the effect in Cubase. Happy happy joy joy.

Reason why I'm asking here is that the problem might be with the scope drivers. Choosing right ones is a bit mystery to me. I follow Cubase manual, but it doesn't help. How does Cubase react to different combination of drivers in Scope...I don't know.
