I am sorry for delay inreplying but couldn't open Scope at all ssee post on this. Then I had to learn how to do screen capture so I bought Snagitt. So now I can take screen captures of whatever you ask. Here is the selction I have done so far

Problem came back today so I did one more thing...that is I unticked hide inactive icons.
Hopefully this has finally resolved it.

Scope won't open as it says other Creamware applications are running

The problem is no sound. I only talked about registration as I thought it might help to reload the software.

Is there a video "How to" DVD on scope?
If not perhaps one of you could make some money and create one using something like Camtasia to do the videos.
