Re: Back on Scope

Isn't there a 4GB RAM limit on 32bit? and that's why everyone has migrated to 64bit? Or one of the main reasons?

Re: HEAT - How much of a problem is it for the XITE?

I have my Xite mounted externally with a small quiet household fan right underneath pointed upward. I also placed the power adapter right on the fan as that seems to get really hot too. Not necessary? Perhaps, but you cannot be too careful when it comes to protecting your loved ones 8)

Re: Any good Modular 4 synth pad patches ?

Understand completely. From my limited experience with modular, it takes me an awful long time studying someone else's patch to figure out how it's routed in order to extract a desired sound from it. (a great way to learn modular btw) Lately I have found it much more satisfying to just build my own ...

Re: Any good Modular 4 synth pad patches ?

Well if you're looking for an easy start into modular with a "Pro-wave" sound then how about JB's modular Pro-wave device?
It's semi-modular in a modular shell.

https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=xg8qDPGeFMU Nice trick to save some money of it. Too funny. I'm glad he figured out something to do with his. Mine mostly sits on the shelf until I feel like walking around the house irritating my family occasionally. @Sounddesigner: Not sure about the yamaha. I ...

Re: DAS COEFF11 VxD file missing

Right, I think I remember that now. Other than the UI, I can't imagine why a security update would affect a Scope plug-in like this but fortunately there are other options. Sure would be nice to unhinge from the MS garbage.

Re: Issues with Bitwig 2.x and questions about 2nd ASIO source

A really cool topic here. I think I would migrate to Linux too if it were possible with Scope. I don't use a whole lot of VST's and I already use Reaper and Bitwig lite. Right now my Win7 64bit Xeon has been running steady with XiteScope7 Nice thought on the Sonic Core hardware all-in-one package. I...

Re: 4pedals

How did you create the external Master effect device? Marco, they are in the tools section. There are a few different types which you can then label and save, then each time you reload that device all the I/O connections are already set. But remember to also load the hardware I/O modules in the rou...

Re: Magix Samplitude Pro Xmas Offer

So wait, you are going to donate to the site that hosts the cracked version of O Deush software but you don't want to buy a legitimate upgrade from Sonic Core? That doesn't make any sense to me.

yeah, well it's a huge spaghetti mess and embarrassing so I won't share a pic. Truth is I'm out of room in my small space and got no energy for a rewire so it is what it is. Running in series is just one option I've been experimenting with, routing parallel being one. Each has it's own unique sound ...

asiofixer; Wow, seems incredible that this software can solve all latency problems and phase issues as well. I can't wait to try it out. Do you have a download link? The new presets are great! I've gotten through maybe a handful so far. Find a good one and next thing I know an hour has gone by
Wavetabler is something new for me. Haven't explored wavetable creations before. I'll plow through the manual tonight.
