I was going to ship to UK only ( which is why it was in UKP only...the hint was there... no conversion to all international currencies..).

Am selling my Pulsar 2 card for 180 Uk pounds ( plus postage).

Card has NFR ( not for retail sale ) stamped on back of card (see pics) , but it works fine ( and has done beautifully for the past year and a half ) .

remove the XTC plugins from the XTC subfolder and add them to next folder up.

Mine is C:\program files\steinberg\Cubase Se3\vstplugins.
I added mine to this folder and mine work.

I sussed it

Set Noah to Multi mode - then select the patch banks for Vocoder Light wave or Vocoder Minimax

The audio input seems to be line level , instead of mic level.
So it needs pre-amp boost to line level.
I used the mic preamp on my mackie desk , and put a jack lead direct from the channel ...

I managed to get the vocoder working with the multi presets and a mic pre-amp ( a Shure SM57 wouldnt trigger without it).
But I notice that the difference in volume level when using the vocoder is a lot lower ( about a quarter) of the volume whne monitored on the Noah headphone out.

I wondered if it was still possible to get the extra hardware, and possibly upgrade myself ( i know this used to be a dealer upgrade only). I am guessing the extra dsp card/chips are no longer available, but I thought I would ask anyway.
And if anyone would know - the guys at Planet Z would ...

Hi All,

I purchased a 2nd hand Pulsar card , and nearly all of the software was with it , apart from the Pro 12 software ( I have the licence key in the allkeys file).
Any ideas on where I could obtain it?

That sorted it - put IF and CF folder from cd in noah folder and synched - voila!!
I could even delete the extra duff Pro One instance in Synchronise in Remote Control

I had to reflash my noah with Flashtool ( after a n00b moment) , and I have two instances of the Pro One device - one with presets and one without ( displays ------------ in all parameters ). Anyone have any idea how I can get rid of this , as it is stopping the Pro One displaying in Noah ...
