I concur, I was having this "ghost" issue while monitoring the cubase signal sent to the cwa hardware while in Cubase. All I did was disable the monitoring when record enabling a track and monitored through cwa. Problem solved. You can still use the mute buttons and what not in cubase if you dont ...

Thanks alot, I'll try this out this weekend and let you know what the results are. I know it's not rocket science but it's getting used to this and incorporating both Scope and Cubase environment a bit confusing at first but together they'll make sweet sweet harmony which I know it can be......

Here's what I've got so far.

ADAT A ->Mixer channels 1-8 -> Asio 2 Dest 64 channels 1-8

MixL/R on the mixer I have sent to Analog Dest which I physically connected a L/R stereo splitter on the Analog out on the card to send to both L/R monitors. What have I done wrong or what is the next step?

I've got my solution. I'm going to buy an FW1884 and sell the 1082 on ebay to recover some of the cost. That should solve my problem of trying to run both interfaces with only one asio driver that I currently have. I've got a project coming up and I can have them throw some money into the pot for ...

I know that the FW1884 has adat capability if I remember correctly but the FW1082 doesn't. The only i/o I have on the back other than line and xlr are Firewire, coaxial (sp/dif?) and midi 1 & 2 i/o.

I might have to just come to terms about the tascam and either upgrade it to the FW1884 or another 8 ...
