Connect the cassette deck, amplified turntable output audio device to the computer's Line In socket using a stereo audio cable. Any audio editing/ recording software can be of use. Try FlexiMusic Wave Editor to record the sound/vocalsfrom a stereo player, or to record a phone call.

I did it before. I used FlexiMusic Wave Editor to do it using Noise reduction Effect to remove the unwanted noise.

I used Fleximusic Wave Editor using Band Pass Stop Filter in that you can either do blocks or keeps the frequency range. But you have to find by trial and error in which frequency bands to pass/stop.
