afaik, opening a project that was done in 32bit on a 64bit system works just fine.
Yes, but will my XTC stuff work?
yes, it looks like you need 64bit if you're running out of memory, although recording or freezing vstis that have been fleshed out and arranged already saves a lot of resources ...

Re: SCOPE 5.1 + XTC backwards compatibility
Scope mode will NOT allow you to open Scope devices within the sequencer.
AFAIK, the problem with XTC mode in 64bit is the implimentation of 64bit in sequencers..
Hold on... maybe I haven't been clear. I intend to run Cubase x32 sequencer in Windows 7 x64. Can I do that? I don't mind if I can't ...

Re: SCOPE 5.1 + XTC backwards compatibility
Thanks Gary
So, er... Any ideas on what I can do with old projects? Am I right in thinking I can still access all of the same plug-ins from within my sequencer in a similar fashion, without SFP running? If so, might there be a way of saving presets in XTC mode and then rebuilding them under the new ...

SCOPE 5.1 + XTC backwards compatibility
Hi guys :)
I've been waiting for a while for the 64 bit support before upgrading my OS, but am I right in thinking that if I install SCOPE 5.1 then I won't be able to open any of my existing XTC mode projects? Certainly not having a moan or anything - I'd just like to be clear before I buy the ...

Re: Scope doesnt work on XTC...Help
I got it working. I have no idea what caused it, but some of my SCOPE files seem to have become corrupt and I lost a load of settings. The only thing I saw that I couldn't restore manually off by heart were the directory settings in SFP, so I just reinstalled the software and that worked. I didn't ...

XTC mode suddenly stopped working :o|
I've got to be quick as I'm in an Internet café, but here's a run down of my story...
1) Everything was working fine for months and months
2) Loaded Cubase 5 this afternoon and it came up with an error instead of the XTC logo. The error said "Cannot load application, command line missing" or ...

Re: Scope doesnt work on XTC...Help
I've got this problem just now... I didn't change or install anything. XTC mode was working fine yesterday, and for several months up until this afternoon. I launched Cubase 5 and the XTC app won't launch. I can't figure out how to repair it. Is there a solution other than the ones discussed here?

I apologise for having to ask this embarrassing question. I have searched the forums to no avail.
Last night I ordered the Vintage Bundle & SL9000. So far, so good. I got an invoice with ftp details and a link to my personal activation keys page. I then copied the activation keys and installed the ...
