When your computer crashed you probably damaged some files, either try a system restore an asio file may have been damaged, or safer to just reinstall scope, and then cubase.I suspect that you think that asio4all will actually do something to help the situation unfortunately it won't.

good luck

I by the way also the plugs...

No, I thought it was just quickly typed, I do the same thing sometimes, the worst language is of course Babel That is generally complete bollocks from any language to any other language, If you do it from french to english and vice versa, you end up with complete nonsense, as painful as the proverbi...

Without plugging a second mouse into my computer, I can't quite see how that would work with VDAT...

Err... excuse me, you think if you plug another mouse into your computer you get a second pointer, you are joking right ?

Personally I got the upgrade from sx 3 straight to 4.1 and I don't have any problems, neither with scope 4.5 or the Tascam FW 1884, which already works on Vista. I got SX 3 + dongle + DVD,second hand for 250 Euros the upgrade cost 165 euros with delivery. There's no way I'm complaining.I think alot o...

I was just looking on the steinberg site when I came across this.I know people have been having problems.Apparently it could be a windows installer problem.

No it' s normal the spectral balance doesn't have a midi in, but as you say it's shame, it would be nice to be able to control the setting in real time with cubase for example, I'm sure some interesting effects could be had there.

I think somebody to get it onto protools with the fxpansion wrapper in Xtc mode, but then as you said, a dummy would certainly find it difficult, I agree with you on the ease of use problem.I don't think venturing into the World of Scope is synonymous with the Mac mentality which is definitely Plug ...
