thanks for the comments! the vocals were done with KYMA> it is a monotizer, which is an autotuning vocoder. the drums are the sds sampler, bassline is zarg darkstar, other synths are modular/saturn. 3 votes! wow! ahaha. thanks for listening! swamay http://www.mp3.com/swamay http://64bit.at/swamay

thanks jupiter8, i dont 'have' to record @ 96khz, but if i have that option it seems silly not to use it. ill try the things you mentioned. But again the problem is with playback too. Once i have bounced those channels internally, when i play them back (lets say 10 tracks) i get horrible pops & ...

ok, i am attempting to record the NI Pro52 (or any vst synth for that matter) to a stereo audio track within Cubase @ 24bit/96khz. i recorded 6 bars of midi for the pro52 and then sent (within cubase) the output of pro52 to Bus 2. then Asio24 (in pulsar) out to Asio input to record the audio of the ...

I use kyma, Pulsar 1 with pIII 933, 512 ram. I do experimental electronic music and am totally amazed @ creamware cards. They synths sound great. I have bought every thing pulsar has to offer. and feel good about my purchases. Those who complain about not having "sounds out of the box" and...

Hello all, i have rented an ADAT machine(expensive) to record some music from a 8 track reel to reel deck to my pulsar 1. I rented an ADAT to use as the interface to run 8 outs of the reel to reel thru the ADAT, digital out of the ADAT to the ADAT in(digital in) in of the pulsar card. I seem to get ...

I too think this is a good idea. Modular is one of the biggest selling features for pulsar i think. It is powerful but complex. I dont think your average creamware user uses it cause it is so complex. I hope to see alot of problem solving on this forum. see ya! ~swamay~ http://www.mp3.com/swamay

in reference to the miniscope: the envelope rates change to varying degrees in response to keyboard position. The basic idea is to be able to mimic acoustic instruments such as the piano, in which higher notes decay faster, but to set key tracking to negative values you can produce the opposite effe...

If pulsar devices were not so expensive, there would be no reason to crack devices. I bought Modular 2, cause thats a good deal Things like transient designer are a total rip off. I beleive developers charge so much to justify their purchase of a Scope system. In general, I think Creamware needs to ...

my thoughts on the non 100% working demo is because who wants to use or sample a synth that is partly functional. It is a DEMO. You want the whole thing, buy it, and support the time the developer took to make it. If it is not a "selling feature" on the synth, then maybe is doesnt "ha...

I feel that you should allow a 4 hour demo, this gives the musician time to play with the controls, and feel the module out. If there are things like multiple oscillators, then just allow the use of 1 in the demo version. The fact is, most people that try these demos probably dont do much with them....

I had a similar problem. Make sure you downloaded all the files from the creamware website. it looks as if you are missing #36.

download again to be safe.
