Hi all, I've been a rather content Pulsar user, but from the beginning I've been wondering about something: Creamware had no upgrade policy for new Pulsar board releases! Why can't a Pulsar I user get a discount/special-faithful-users if he/she upgrades to a Pulsar II, the PowerPulsar, or any Scope ...

I use for MIDI Cakewalk 3.0 (yeah, I know it´s ancient but I love the interface for fast editing), my Pulsar I ofcourse and Samplitude 5.11 or Cool Edit Pro 1.0. Neither of the recorders does the trick, no matter which Pulsar Recording channel I use I´ve loaded up to eight drivers. Am I going crazy?...

I know that the sound is heavly processed :JMJ used at least a Stereo Enhancer, Chorus, Delay and Reverb). Besides that, the sound of both the lead and bass strings (one and the same patch) is *so* chloresotrol-rising fat  I've got the complete score of the song and I'd like to recreate the son...

I'm *very* carefully inquiring if anyone has listened to the MP3 and has any comments to make on the leadsynth voice on the piece. Let's make the challenge a little more interesting: a (LEGAL) CD music of your choice for the one that can deliver me the 95% correct patch on one of the regular Pulsar ...

Hi, Jupiter 8: well, according to well informed sources, the Jupiter is used. However, I have discovered that a great number of sounds on Chronologie 1 come from the JD-800. If it's deffo not the Jupiter, I'll have to check out all the JD-800 sounds (yup I own that one as well). Back in 1994 I was l...

Hi all, I´ve uploaded an excerpt of JM Jarre´s Chronologie 1 wherein the lead voice originates from the Jupiter 8, according to well informed sources. Since I´m pretty desperate and some of you like a challenge, can anybody make a good resemblance of that voice on the Saturn? the file is available o...
