You're right — in Scope, the optical ports can only be globally switched between ADAT and S/PDIF via the samplerate settings. Unfortunately, there's no way to assign one optical port as ADAT and another as S/PDIF simultaneously. It’s a system-wide setting. A workaround would be using a format ...
