I can get a physical midi keyboard into the card, and run it using its own DSP and then through the physical out via analogue out or ADAT.

I have my pulsar in a G4 running os9. So far so good. I am wanting to get 8 channels of ADAT out, so I can record into an RME Fireface which is now the main interface in my system. I still love the pulsar, so wanting to use it as much as I can.

Thanks for that. I am not sure what to do with it though. I unzipped it and have tried running the bin file - it keeps wanting to burn a cd. I tried running it from the terminal but that didn't work either. I think I am missing something very obvious! How do I install it on OSX?

Hi Everyone - I am after the SCOPE 4 or 4.5 installer for osx for a G4. The wayback machine archive download seems to fail about 1/3 of the way through for some reason.

If any one can let me know how I can get a copy that would be fantastic!

Yes! After a false start, it all is running fine now. Thanks for the instructions.

The only thing is that if you have a sequence running, and you go to the pulsar screen, the midi data seems to stop flowing through from logic...
Is there a way to keep it running in the background?

After lots of seaching I found it!! It is the analog dum samples and patch for SDS made by Vincent Siliakus. YAY!!!!

a while a go i downloaded a preset for sds that had just a sine wave sample and a white noise sample to make lots of drum sounds. I can't remember where i got it, any one know where to get it? Cheers!!!

Cheers guys. Yeah, i'm on 3.1c and its from a project from i think even pre os 3, so as you say, i need to rebuild everything. It's a bit ridiculous that i have to rebuild all my projects, but i guess that's what i'll have to do (sorry guys, just venting here).

I have just had 3.1c loaded onto my machine and notice that there are display issues. Any time I resize any window, I lose the parts of that object that have been resized (eg the bottom of the file menu when it gets resized) I'm running a AMD on a MSI motherboard and a Matrox g400.

I don't generally post to this board because I can usually get the answer I need by doing a search instead. Only problem is though that sometimes someone will have the same prob as me, get advice, but then never post to say it works or not! Can people please do that! Cheers!

I'm thinking of spending a few bucks upgrading my machine but want some ideas about what is good in terms of Mainboard, cpu, hdd, graphics cards etc. I've currently got a machine pretty close to what creamware specified in their manual but i need more power! Cheers!
