Hi I'm selling off my PowerPulsar Plus (with balanced outputs), it also comes with both plugin packs. I think that makes it the same software bundle as the current Scope Professional.

It's a nice (14/15 dsp) card, I have the original box and manuals.

I'm based in New Zealand but I have close ...

The scope card will replace your delta. If you need the extra i/o sell the delta and buy an adat a/d coverter or something.

What if creamware recompiled and licensed for a nVidia GPU then produced it as a pulsar from then on?

As time goes by more and more boards will ahve multiple PCI express slots and creamware could get back to selling plugins.

Imagine a card that could run any number of sweet as fcuk creamware ...

It's a sweet idea, if I was Creamware I would be looking at recompiling their awesome range of plugins to a new platform.

Maybe creamware just don't have resources to develop hardware anymore, so what. Apple took their time but eventually realized that they were a software company like microsoft ...

Dunno about the drum n bass thing, the only local producers I've had any contact with use PCs. Even Fruity Loops! (Concorde Dawn).

In years past it was all about your EMU sampler anyway.

I've got three cards on the same IRQ, I set the computer to "standard pc" in the device manager, this I believe disables Windows XP automatically taking over IRQ management.

Then in my bios I set the three PCI slots that my CW cars are in to the same IRQ.

Not all the PCI slots can share any IRQ ...

I ask creamware once and they said it was possible on "special" motherboards.

Dunno what the limitation is.

If your planning on having another computer anyway, just use SFP, it's way better option than FX teleport.

I can't use more than one instance of Minimax in a project and I'm not the only one.

I hope this is fixed in the new version, so yes SFP 4 could be quite important in my music making.

I difinitely think Creamware plugins sound great, I'm sure pro endineers with fantastic monitors can hear the difference between Creamware and more expensive alternatives.

Seriously I'm way my frustrated with my limited creative ideas than my Creamware sounds.

I'm not bitching about the price of the cards, I think currently they are excellent value.

I'm just trying to say that perhaps Creamware could try and release a 6 DSP card with no bundled plugins for less money and see how it sells.

I think Creamware would be more appealing than RME offerings and ...

Just to add my 2 cents...

You buy a creamware card based on the plugins etc. that it comes with at the time.

Seriously all you complainers, when you bought your card were you honestly expecting to get free plugins for it a year or 2 down the road?

I've said this before, I think fundamentally ...

Even hard core quad opteron server boards come with one 32bit 5V pci slot.

Its only really Apple G5 lameness that's causing problems.

The modular design of current and future chipsets will mean that normal PCI will remain a really easy and cheap option for mobo manufacturers.

"The SDK requires a 14 or 15-DSP board to operate. We will publish further information on how to obtain the SDK on this website shortly."

I noticed this on the SDK page, perhaps there is a new 14DSP board coming out?
