Re: Trade of used gear between Australia and EU

Had my XITE-1D imported direct from Germany to Melbourne Australia no extra charges. On the other hand my mate shipped his 15DSP scope card to Germany for repair and it was stolen. Expect the unexpected.

Looks cool. Except that it’s not 1U or 2U rack mountable like Noah.

Of course. And Acoustica Audio is the path to that.

What for ? Scope is a finished product now. 'Anything New' should be our musical ideas.

Lack of VST is the #1 reason I'm not using Scope these days.

There should be no reason not to have it all. Audio quality, great gui's, great integrated workflow and regular updates.

You only need SDK for development of new devices. If you only use Scope for music production you don’t need sdk.

Re: Dynatube on Xite?

I lost the use of Dynatube on scope when I went to 96khz, as it didn’t work with sample rates above 44 or 48.

yes, Scope sounds significantly better to my ears. this hasn't changed.
Yes I had a feeling this was the case. I find myself even reaching for the Masterverb more than my UAD reverbs
Including Capitol Chambers ?

Re: Ocean Swift is back! Introducing - Porphyra Hybrid Synth!

Welcome back Faxi,- but ´cause it´s in the announcements here, I´d wish there would be something new available for Scope and not for NI Kontakt.

I´m done w/ NI anyway since they don´t provide a solution re-installing, re-activating and re-locating what I already bought over decades for a lot of ...

Re: Ocean Swift is back! Introducing - Porphyra Hybrid Synth!

Ocean Swift synths is one of the main reasons I’m keeping the Xite-1D online.

I am planning to upgrade Kontakt to V8 but don’t think I’ll be buying this new synth unless it comes out for Scope. OTOH if you ever decide to develop for Scope again then I’ll jump onboard.

Either way, great to see you ...

Re: Mastering with Scope

If you want to conserve Scope DSP there’s a bunch of UA plugins that run native. A good mastering comp for example : https://www.uaudio.com/uad-plugins/compressors-limiters/capitol-mastering-compressor.html

OTOH if you want to use DSP I can vouch for the DNA stuff : http://www.dnamusic.nl/dNa.Scope ...
