Re: Sonic Core Xite-1 & Windows 11 x64

Is there anyone who has tried Sonic Core Xite-1 with windows 11Pro x64? I'm about to find out, but cant think it will be any different than Win 10. After years of waiting games ............ Sorry to be so offended, and I'm sorry. Will reformat old windoze box w/- Win 11 then run it as a dedicated X...

Re: 1 WEEK SPRING 'N' SCOPE OFFER INCLUDING SCOPE BETA 8!

I didn´t say "Joanna" will be a Sharc DSP device or a VST wrapper. In only said XTC might or will be a separate application as it was announced when SCOPE v7 was released,- AND "Joanna" will be a new hardware device/interface WHEN being released. :) Bud Actually, you said '....I...

Correction then - UAD dont have DSP VSTI. UAD Effects can be either or both DSP or Native, UAD instruments are all native

Re: 1 WEEK SPRING 'N' SCOPE OFFER INCLUDING SCOPE BETA 8!

I guess XTC will be a separate application in future and like it was announced some time ago,- and it will use "Joana" as the prefered audio-interface and not the PCI cards and XITE. Theres no indication "Joanna" will be a Sharc DSP device or a VST wrapper, or indeed anything ot...

Re: Special Offer: SCOPE PCI 6-DSP Booster, New, Limited Edition

Well, the offer here is only for 6 DSP cards - not 15 DSP cards. If you want 15 then you'd have to get that 2nd hand. Otherwise, you could replace the 3 and 4DSP cards with 2 of the new 6 DSP getting a net gain of 5 DSP. Your licenses would still hold I imagine.

Re: Working on a delay with auto pitch

Sounds cool. I'm using AMS DMX 15‑80 S for this substituted on some 80's tracks on which I used a Melos Tape Echo Chamber with the 'Time' knob for similar fx. On Scope, closest might be the dNa Tape Echo as it has the requisite Speed knob.

Lunaman: intel i9 13900 is faster than both M1 or M2 whatever, and i still use sh4rc scope and sh4rc uad with it because it's the software that matters, the algos, the sound or the workflow you get. could i do without it? of course! there are native plugins even bundled to DAWs which more or less c...

Is XITE the end of the line for Scope?
Sharc DSP is EOL for DAW workstations. M1 took care of that.

Obviously such an exercise wouldn’t exclude any windows OS - the more the merrier - even XP. I'm sure some users have secondary systems they don't mind breaking for the cause - depends on what Holger means by 'damage' - for example, does it damage the OS files & if so, does creating backup/resto...

Re: 1 WEEK SPRING 'N' SCOPE OFFER INCLUDING SCOPE BETA 8!

Hey Shay! Thank you! All fine! The problem with Scope v8 currently is it has driver crashes and this leads to blue screens which can damage the Windows system. It is the reason we did not start the Beta testing yet. it Unfortunately it takes long time to test since the crash occurs randomly. I'll c...
