Okay, so I disabled all energy saving settings in Windows, and I downloaded Win10 privacy and disabled all relevant settings. I´m pretty sure your issues are related to your ACER computer (only 1 PCIe slot !!!) and FL Studio 21. I dunno how your BIOS looks like, but I own an Acer laptop which´s BIOS is so crippled there are not much settings possible at all.
