Is there a noticeable quality difference with this Yamaha Feature : Advanced Audio Master Quality Recording" of Yamaha burner CRW-F1. Is it worth buying it ?
Is it compatible as a master for cd factory ?

With a giga piano of 900 Mo when I want a latency of 7 or 10 ms I'm getting clicks while playing...

Gigastudio has huge strings and piano samples with very good sensitivity but needs a lot of ressources for a low latency. Did any of you try to run Gigastudio on a separate DAW with another creamware card linked to the one which runs SX ...

Hi!
When I'm recording midi tracks with any vsti like lm-7, a1 etc... after a few mns the midi starts to record with a high latency (half of a sec!!!). I have to stop SX and start it again or make a full reset in vst multitrack menu.

I have a synchronization problem between midi tracks when I record using SX and Gigastudio. When I restart SX it works fine and then start desynchronizing again after a little while...

My config is:
P4 1,7 Ghz
768 rambus
Abit TH7 II Raid
HD WD 80 Go (8 Mo cache)
Creamware Luna II
Xp Pro ...

yep!
you have to launch your cubase, nuendo, or whatever... in XTC mode, then you will find Volksampler in VST Instruments...

configuration in sx has nothing to do with windows or motherboard

I have two problems though with a LunaII -P4 1,7 - 768 Mo of RAM - Abit TH7 II Raid - chipset I850:

-Under XP, I don't have any midi in in XTC mode, audio is working...
it's working fine under ME...
