I think this is something which only Creamware can fix. I have two cards (Pulsar II and a Scope SRB), but because I registered the Pulsar II first, all my software activation keys relate to the Pulsar - none relates to the Scope card, so if my Pulsar II stopped working I'd be in the same situation ...

No, no, no! Please don't say that. I was dreading someone suggesting a rebuild. It took me a week of builds and rebuilds to get it stable and it's only been up a couple of months.
Anyway, thanks - I tried the DSP.IDX rename thing with fingers crossed, but no dice. Shame, sounded like a great ...

If you're going to upgrade your PS unit, I definitely recommend an Enermax one and I would say go for a minimum of 350W - if not just for solving this problem, the latest ones have an adjustable control so you can make them quieter while recording.

Thanks for the quick reply. Is the LiveBar part of the new SFP software?
I haven't upgraded to that yet - I'm still on Pulsar V3.01. Do you know where/how I should check/change the overall polyphony setting in that?
Maybe I'm getting polyphony and voices confused... I thought that the limit of 16 ...

I had exactly the same thing happen to me a couple of weeks ago, although thankfully my monitors weren't fried in the process.

Hi Braincell,
I also add my files to the sampler using the file browser (or you can click and drag them in from Windows Explorer) but I've been asking how other people were previewing the sounds before they loaded them into the sampler. E.g. If you open a folder of snare drum sounds, how do ...

I would like to know how other people are 'previewing' or 'auditioning' their samples before including them into a Pulsar project/STS-3000.
