Re: Scope 7.X Wishlist
I would love to see developer hooks that are accessible via JavaScript. Being able to insert and connect devices, get and set their parameters would be amazing. Given how flexible the web as a layout system is, and how robust web-audio and web-midi are getting, it would be pretty easy to create some...

Re: Issues with Bitwig 2.x and questions about 2nd ASIO sour
For anyone else who might find themselves in this boat. Here's a quick rundown of how I solved the issue. Step 1: Install Jack for Windows (http://www.jackaudio.org/faq/jack_on_windows.html) Step 2: Install ASIO4All (http://asio4all.com/) Step 3: Register Jack Router (regsvr32 "C:\Program Files...

Re: Issues with Bitwig 2.x and questions about 2nd ASIO sour
Anyone have experience setting up ASIO4All + Jack (for Windows)? The ASIOLink software is still unpurchasable and I've reached out to the developer several times to try and give him my money, but it looks like a dead end. I'm thinking ASIO4All + Jack may be the way forward, but I'm having trouble ge...

Re: Issues with Bitwig 2.x and questions about 2nd ASIO sour
Does anyone know of another, similar application to this ASIO Link software? The payment system on their site is still down and the vendor hasn't returned any of my emails around how I can give them my money. Surely this can't be the only tool that solves this problem, but I haven't come up with muc...

Re: Issues with Bitwig 2.x and questions about 2nd ASIO sour
@JoPo, I tried a trial copy of that Odeus ASIO Link software you recommended. Ugly as sin, and a little confusing at first, but I was able to get back into Bitwig 2.x. Unfortunately, the shopping cart functionality on the website is "Unavailable due to technical difficulties" so I'm suffer...

Re: Issues with Bitwig 2.x and questions about 2nd ASIO sour
That looks awesome! I'll give it a whirl for sure. Thank you. I'm also evaluating picking up something like this . This would allow me to work on my Ubuntu Laptop remotely and then link up to my sonic-core cards and octopre via ADAT when I want to do performance work with the DSPs. Is there anyone w...

Issues with Bitwig 2.x and questions about 2nd ASIO source
Hey all. I've recently hit a wall where the new Bitwig 2.x codebase no longer works with my Scope and Pulsar II cards. Not sure what they did between the 1.x and 2.x codebases, but I'm guessing they are trying to gain control of the ASIO control panel and failing. I've gone through the support proce...

yes true but if he is looking for BOCish sounds the Saturn is not a bad place to start actually. unkown007 i would look at too. pro tone. maybe minimax to an extent. also our own ocean core (the mini of the storm), pi super-mini (one of the 2525 minis) and the os10-20 perhaps, and even simpler like...

Re: Any SH-101 and/or Crumar clones in the Scope universe?
Interesting. I hadn't realized BlueSynth was an sh-101 clone. I'm looking specifically because I heard some discussions that Boards of Canada use the SH-101 and Crumar to get a lot of their tones. I like BlueSynth too but have never quite gotten the sounds to that BoC place. Maybe I need to do anoth...

I did not! I'm definitely a 'play first,' 'manual second' kinda guy. I'm hoping to play around with it all some more this next week.RA wrote:@dehuszar...did you see the transform option in the reverb? Can give some really strange effect on it..especially with long reverb times

Re: SC XMAS OFFER 2016 - dNa and Ocean Swift
Hallo guys, you all are like on steroids when someting new comes out. Me most time too, but can anyone give me a reason to buy the dNA bundle in eurorack format??? There is so many stuff provided in scope, I am not ready to spent any money to get more and more till I am shot to dead by plugins. I t...

Here's the results from my first night kicking around the Acid Bundle and Rack Pack. http://forums.scopeusers.com/viewtopic.php?f=17&t=34739 I am VERY happy with my purchases. The Acid Bundle gives me a couple of tones I was looking for and the Effects Rack is an amazing and creative device. I h...

X-Mas Bundle song
Made a quick tune using the OS Acid Bundle, dNa's Rack Pack, VOID, and a few basic effects. Just a rough sketch of what will probably be a longer track, but I thought it came out nice.

Just got the dNa Racks Pack and the OS Acid Bundle. I'll be playing around with them tonight. For those considering either of these, feel free to hit me with any questions.

Cool. Thank you everyone for your answers. Looks like there's a lot of info to run with in the development channel. I'll post any further questions (of which I'm sure there will be many) over there.

Re: Wow! Open Scope!
Yeah, that makes sense. As someone who has never purchased any Scope SDK's, does the SDK give you access to event and routing details? i.e. could I use the SDK to create a Scope device that would allow me to map a web-based application to the framework? I don't know any C++, but I'd definitely be in...

Re: Wow! Open Scope!
Since we're talking about it, one other question in case anyone might know the answer... Will there be a way to talk to the Scope application via an API or similar programmatic hooks? I would be happy if I had to purchase the SDK to enable such behavior. One of the other things I was looking forward...
