Loren,
Very impressive and useful. I think we all appreciate the tremendous amount of work you put into this. Thanks for bringing some order to the disorganized chaos of my Scope folder.

You may find that keeping Scope under Windows 7 or older will fix this issue.

Well this looks very cool. I'll be interested in using what you've made. Any price estimates as of yet? Also, I think the Eurorack format is cute, should make it more fun when I've got a recording client with a lot of modular hardware. "Yes, I do have a module like that, nearly as many as I cou...

Re: Pulsar 2 card make clicking sound only in cold weather
+1 on Valis' suggestion on capacitors. There can be thermal dependencies with some types going bad. If it were me I would just keep things warm enough to avoid trouble, and if a capacitor fails it's an easy thing to diagnose and fix as has been discussed elsewhere in the forum.

That sounds pretty damn solid. You could probably find something a little more precise than that Lucid and and subsequently sell that unstable piece of crap to a sucker like me for $100, doubling your money. /sarcasm

Re: Best Modular I Patches/Synths ever created - Homage 2020
Bud,
I have used Mod 01 modules in both Mod 03 and Mod 04 without complications. I have not, obviously, tested everything, but nothing weird has gone wrong so far, at least within Scope Modular, the rest of my world is considerably more error-prone.

Re: Phasefix & Phasefix X
Atom and Fra77x2, very useful information. I think this also may explain why I have fewer phase troubles by using inserts, but only on certain devices, sigh... I too, would like to know which modular shell will solve all of my problems (/sarcasm, but not really...)

Re: Phasefix & Phasefix X
Ooh, thanks. I find these indispensible in my work, and others should be able to get them more easily. Handy tip: once you have these set up perfectly in your project, don't close it until you're finished because there will be changes in latency between devices when you reopen it. I have no idea why...

Re: Using Bidule to route audio from Daw to Scope and back to DAW
I kind of use Bidule in the other direction, to have a VST "rack" available within the Scope environment. It behaves very weirdly sometimes in ways I can't fully predict or accomodate, so you may be asking for technical headaches by working in the other direction. The longer I'm in the bus...
Re: Cookies
I see it sometimes. I'm within the United States, but route everything through a VPN which may be the root cause of occasional weirdness. I couldn't reach this forum through Cyprus last week... so it goes.

Re: lost ADAT connection
Plastic optical cables are trouble. Cracks or crazing in the material leads to reflective "echoes" in the signal that are challenging for the interpretive circuitry/code. Plastic optical will only bend to an ~5cm radius, glass is more flexible and often seems as floppy as a regular metal-b...

Nice. I splashed extra money for a Be Quiet tower and power supply a few years ago. Should have done it sooner, lower ambient noise floor is the tits!

It's probably less expensive (money vs time) for me to commision devices instead of trying to build. I'll blunder around with these, thank you.

It's all in there. Also, if it were not you would be able to send your v4 keyfile to support to get it converted to the type used for v5-7

Zarg Prophet Plus device files?
I have a key for a Zarg Prophet Plus, but am unable to find the relevant files. Perhaps this is due to trademark issues? Is it called something else now? Could some kind stranger message the device files to me or at least tell me where to look? Thank you.
